The Tax Benefits

Missioni Don Bosco Valdocco Onlus  is a non-profit organization with registered office in Turin, duly registered with the Piedmont Regional Directorate of the Italian Revenue Agency. All donations made via credit card, PayPal, Satispay, bank transfer, postal order, check, and money order are tax-deductible.

For individuals: Donations in cash or in kind for an amount not exceeding €30,000 allow a gross tax deduction equal to 30% of the donation (Article 83, paragraph 1, Legislative Decree 117/2017). Donations in cash or in kind are deductible up to 10% of total income. The excess amount can be deducted from total income for subsequent tax periods, but not beyond the fourth, up to the amount of the donation (Article 83, paragraph 2, Legislative Decree 117/2017).

For businesses : donations in cash or in kind are deductible up to 10% of total income. Furthermore, cash donations specifically intended for the conduct and promotion of research activities can be fully deducted from income (Article 1, paragraph 353 et seq., Law 266/05 and implementing Prime Ministerial Decrees).
